In addition, they are tasked with identifying financial risks and opportunities, advising other members of the executive team on fiscal strategies, and providing critical financial insights that support sound decision-making. The Finance Manager plays a fundamental role in the development and implementation of systematic approaches to financial management that align with the company's growth objectives and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer timely financial reports to present to the executive team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role required.
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and apply financial data.
• Experience managing and motivating finance teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Proficient in financial software and tools including MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively liaise with senior management.
