The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and growth of our organization. Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting to assist in business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards at all times.
• Manage cash flow and oversee investment activities for optimal returns.
• Collaborate with department heads to review and optimize financial performance.
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
• Proven track record of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis expertise.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
