Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports for management review.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results against forecasts.
• Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to summarize key financial information.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for financial analysis.
• Evaluate financial processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting processes by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Identify and evaluate trends in financial metrics that impact earnings and profitability.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts to support strategic business planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all financial reporting.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required by management.
• Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with financial regulations preferred.
