Job Description

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines interacting directly with customers, helping them to find solutions to meet their needs, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will represent the company's products and services and showcase them in the best light possible, ensuring a positive customer experience. Engaging with potential and current customers in person, building strong relationships, and developing strategic sales plans will be crucial to your role. You will have the opportunity to travel within your assigned territories, exploring new opportunities, and thus playing a pivotal role in revenue generation. Successful candidates will display enthusiasm, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for meeting sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct in-person visits and presentations to existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to inform future growth strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Provide feedback to the company on customer needs and market shifts.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on performance on a regular basis.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals with potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product features and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven field sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with all types of customers.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
