Job Description

A Field Sales Representative is a dynamic and engaging professional tasked with driving direct sales within a specific geographical area.   • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales techniques through training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer-centric attitude are essential.
  • Ability to travel extensively in the field to meet prospective clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis techniques is advantageous.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
