Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our expanding team. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to sales management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company effectively.
  • Use digital tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Identify customer feedback and report it to the product development team.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with detailed notes and progress updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a sales-focused role, preferably in field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage a variable schedule effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
