Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory production role.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
