Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facilities Manager to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, from maintenance and security to managing contracts and vendor relationships. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all facility and maintenance activities.

  • Manage service contracts and relationships with vendors and suppliers diligently.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage the facilities budget to control operational expenses.
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce waste and operational costs.
  • Ensure security procedures are implemented to protect property and personnel.
  • Oversee space planning and renovation projects to optimize facility use.
  • Develop emergency preparedness plans and conduct regular drills for safety.
  • Manage facility staff, provide training, and assess performance regularly.
  • Ensure proper documentation of facility operations and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repairs procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and tools effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective, efficient solutions swiftly.
