Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory levels and order kitchen supplies as necessary to avoid shortages.

  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency in food presentation and taste.
  • Lead new menu and recipe development initiatives alongside culinary trends.
  • Foster a positive and dynamic work environment for the culinary team.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to kitchen operations or personnel.
  • Coordinate with the front-of-house team to align food service with customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate kitchen staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Culinary degree or formal training from a recognized culinary institution.
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills to manage a diverse culinary team.
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creative and high-quality cuisine.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with staff and customers professionally.
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
