Job Description

The Executive Billing and Logistics role is a dynamic position that requires a keen understanding of both finance and operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of logistics strategies and plans.
  • Monitor billing compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Analyze billing procedures and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Develop and oversee logistics schedules to optimize delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines in logistics operations.
  • Consult with production, sales, and other departments to achieve objectives.
  • Generate regular reports on billing and logistics performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction in billing and logistics processes.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on billing and logistics best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all billing and logistics related transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in billing and logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and billing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and reporting.
  • Proven track record of process-improvement and project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
