Job Description

The Executive Billing and Logistics position is a critical role within the organization that primarily focuses on managing and overseeing the processes associated with billing and logistics. This role ensures that all billing transactions are executed accurately and efficiently, and that logistics processes align with company objectives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the billing and logistics departments to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve billing accuracy and logistics processes.
  • Ensure all customer invoices are processed timely and accurately with appropriate documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to streamline logistics operations.
  • Analyze billing data for accuracy and implement corrective actions to minimize discrepancies.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal delivery schedules are maintained.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to logistics and billing functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations regarding billing and logistics operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to billing and logistics staff to enhance productivity.
  • Develop training programs for employees on best practices in billing and logistics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on billing and logistics performance to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to integrate innovative practices into operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and logistics management.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail in billing processes.
  • Proven experience in enhancing logistics efficiency and reducing operational costs.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders successfully.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office tools for reporting purposes.
