Job Description

As an Event Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the reputation of our organization through successful event sales. You will work closely with event organizers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to create bespoke event services that exceed client expectations. Your expertise in networking and building strong client relationships will be crucial in identifying new sales opportunities and expanding our client base. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution from conception to completion. Your ability to effectively communicate value propositions and negotiate lucrative deals will be key to your success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve event sales targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with event planning teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close profitable sales deals.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to forecast sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure all client communications and inquiries are handled promptly.
  • Oversee the post-event evaluation to identify future sales enhancements.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review and action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in event sales or related sales environment required.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to close lucrative deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to establish and maintain robust client relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and client meetings.
