Job Description

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online business strategies, improving the company's digital footprint, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will oversee various online sales channels, manage product listings, and conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the field. Working closely with marketing and logistics teams, you will aim to enhance user experience, optimize sales performance, and meet revenue goals. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role. You should also be well-versed in the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online product listings to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
  • Monitor website traffic and user engagement to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to present to management.
  • Identify and implement new online sales channels and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for website improvements and updates.
  • Develop and manage content for online platforms in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all e-commerce regulations and data protection standards.
  • Participate in training and workshops to stay updated on e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role essential.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are highly essential.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities required for this role.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other online marketing strategies appreciated.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.
