Job Description

An E-Commerce Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of online sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and traffic.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform and website.
  • Monitor website performance and analyze data to improve sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align digital campaigns with business goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
  • Oversee the listing of products to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient product delivery and inventory management.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and rankings.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies to maintain an edge.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and online activities to management.
  • Work with IT teams to troubleshoot and address any e-commerce technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and the improvement of value propositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • At least two years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic team environment.
