The E-Commerce Executive plays a pivotal role in the digital marketplace, connecting businesses to online customers and fostering a seamless online shopping experience. With the increasing dependence on online platforms for purchasing decisions, the E-Commerce Executive must possess a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and technological expertise to drive performance and growth in the digital retail space. This professional is responsible for the online brand presence, aiming to enhance customer engagement through targeted strategies and data-driven insights. The E-Commerce Executive will work closely with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to coordinate efforts and achieve business objectives, while ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies to improve online sales.
  • Manage and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns online.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and analyze user behavior analytics regularly.
  • Oversee the execution and quality of all digital marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate marketing strategies and optimize user experience.
  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive customer experience on the platform end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with customer service to address and resolve complaints timely.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce developments and technology trends.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget and report on ROI achievements monthly.
  • Maintain partnerships with third-party suppliers and service providers efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is required.
  • Previous experience in managing e-commerce platforms and online strategies essential.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing practices.
  • Proven abilities in data analysis and performance monitoring for e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating across various departments effectively.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
