Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a key player in our marketing team, responsible for executing our digital marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and driving traffic to our website and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to support and implement initiatives across multiple digital channels. Your efforts will help to ensure that our marketing messages reach the right audience at the right time, contributing significantly to the growth and success of our brand.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop effective online strategies and plans.
  • Create compelling content for email marketing, social media, and the company website.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and competitor analyses.
  • Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve visibility.
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns with detailed metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience on digital assets.
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click and display ads.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a capacity to find innovative marketing solutions.
