Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental team. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive oral health care services to our patients. Your duties will include diagnosing dental conditions, devising treatment plans, and performing preventive and restorative dental procedures. Responsibilities

  • Conduct restorative treatments including fillings, crowns, and bridges accurately.
  • Address minor and complex oral surgeries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Prescribe medications to manage pain, infection, or other dental conditions.
  • Consult with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Educate patients about oral health techniques for prevention and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records documenting dental care services.
  • Implement infection control protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment.
  • Attend continuing education programs to stay current with dental practices.
  • Handle patient complaints and settle disputes regarding services professionally.

Requirements

  • A Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD).
  • State dental license to practice dentistry in applicable regions.
  • Proven experience as a general Dentist or similar role preferred.
  • Ability to use dental tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong patient management skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate and motivate patients.
  • Commitment to staying updated on the latest dental procedures and practices.
