Job Description

The role of a Data Entry Executive is a crucial one within any organization, as it involves handling a range of data-related activities to ensure smooth operations.   • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and remove duplicate entries.
  • Manage a substantial workload within given time frames while maintaining quality.
  • Update and maintain data entry protocols and standards to enhance efficiency.
  • Work with IT staff to address database system issues promptly.
  • Assist in training new data entry operators and providing ongoing guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a data entry or data management role required.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data handling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and manage large data sets efficiently and accurately.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with staff across different departments.
  • Familiarity with database management tools and data entry protocols is an advantage.
