The Customer Service Executive 15N25 plays a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships between a company and its clients. Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document interactions and transactions thoroughly for accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are fully met.
  • Stay updated with company products, policies, and procedures for accurate information delivery.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction post-interaction.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues for process improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for customer service process enhancements and efficiency.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving personal key performance indicators.
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve service skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or related role required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on effective conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
