Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products and services.

  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries.
  • Work closely with the sales and support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions to remain updated on product knowledge.
  • Proactively address potential customer concerns to prevent escalation.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer service reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with others to improve customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
