Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Communicate with customers to provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, processing returns and exchanges when necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints meticulously.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved and satisfactorily addressed.
  • Use communication scripts and best practices while interacting with customers or potential leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and update relevant information for customer queries.
  • Identify and report patterns in customer feedback to the management to support product improvements.
  • Assist in training new employees on customer service protocols and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes.
  • Achieve and maintain key performance indicators, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred for advanced roles.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in customer service or related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, courteous and effective manner.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations patiently and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on customer-focused solutions.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
