Job Description

The Customer Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in fostering strong customer relationships between the company and its clients. Responsibilities

  • Track client interactions using CRM software to maintain accurate records.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present analytical reports to stakeholders on customer interactions.
  • Participate in the development of customer service policies and strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service or relationship management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and related tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
