Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Contact Comms Associate to join our dynamic communications team. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our organization and our valued customers, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing various communication channels, including email, phone, and social media, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a dedication to enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer interactions daily.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve communication strategies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer communication initiatives.
  • Update and maintain customer interaction records accurately in the database.
  • Track and report on communication metrics to assess performance and trends.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product usage.
  • Identify areas for improvement in communication processes and propose solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or communications role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer feedback and data.
  • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
