Job Description

The CRM Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth for the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management and data analysis roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
