Job Description

The Corporate Relationship Associate is a strategic role focused on fostering and managing relationships between our company and its corporate clients. This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who can effectively negotiate and communicate with various stakeholders. As a Corporate Relationship Associate, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve commercial objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify client needs and provide strategic solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Facilitate client communication and resolve any issues arising in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess satisfaction and performance.
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to boost client retention rates.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activity and account growth forecasts.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with new and existing clients to maximize profits.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns tailored to corporate clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and organized database management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least two years of experience in client relationship management or a related role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for managing client data.
