Job Description

The Client Servicing Executive for Events plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and successful engagement of clients throughout the event lifecycle. This involves handling client inquiries, understanding their event needs, and translating those into actionable plans with the internal teams to create seamless and memorable experiences. As a bridge between the clients and the company, the executive must possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of event management. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, creativity to overcome event-specific challenges, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Client Servicing Executive will work closely with clients to gather requirements and feedback, foster strong relationships, and ensure that all event services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients to understand their event goals and objectives clearly.
  • Develop detailed event plans in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met with precision.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding event progress.
  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring events stay within financial limits.
  • Address client concerns and queries promptly and efficiently pre and post-event.
  • Conduct post-event feedback sessions to gather insights for future improvements.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and the event planning team.
  • Identify potential risks during events and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, health, and safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client servicing or event management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are imperative for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software tools.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and proactive decision-making skills required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
