Job Description

The Client Servicing Executive-Events plays a critical role in the seamless coordination and execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement from inception to completion. This position requires an individual who is passionate about customer service and events, equipped with outstanding organizational and communication skills. The Client Servicing Executive serves as a liaison between clients and the events team, managing client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations while facilitating the delivery of tailored event solutions. This role involves working closely with the sales team to craft proposals and event plans that meet or exceed client expectations. Candidates must have the capacity to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess a keen attention to detail, all of which are imperative to the success of this role.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client directives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive client servicing plans for each event.
  • Assist in proposal creation and presentation to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide prompt solutions to service-related challenges.
  • Ensure each event adheres to brand and client standards in execution.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to improve future service delivery.
  • Handle billing inquiries and manage the coordination of financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects.
  • Train and guide junior team members on client servicing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in client servicing or event management.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency with event management software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
