Job Description

The Client Servicing Associate is a critical member of our customer success team, dedicated to maintaining high-quality relationships with our clients while ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role serves as the liaison between the company and clients, managing communications to resolve inquiries and issues. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on client feedback and needs.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings between clients and relevant internal teams.
  • Manage client records and document all client interactions thoroughly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies.
  • Provide training and support to clients regarding new products or services.
  • Track service delivery metrics to ensure the highest client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Servicing Associate or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional time management skill with a knack for multitasking.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
