Job Description

The Client Servicing Associate is a key front-line professional responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. This role demands exceptional communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the company's products and services. The Client Servicing Associate acts as a bridge between the client and the company, ensuring that the client’s needs and expectations are fully met while also facilitating seamless communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition to handling client inquiries and resolving issues, the Client Servicing Associate also plays a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for service improvement and client growth, contributing directly to the company’s success and reputation.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong, effective, and valued relationships with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to assist clients.
  • Identify potential areas for process improvements and relay feedback to management.
  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions and service performance metrics.
  • Conduct client feedback surveys to ascertain levels of satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify business growth opportunities with existing clients.
  • Ensure all client information is updated and stored accurately in the company database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a client servicing or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient understanding of CRM systems and service management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with client issues and requests.
