  • Maintain detailed records of client communications in the CRM system.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to offer clients cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
