You will be the key point of contact between the project team and all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, efficient resource management, and adherence to safety regulations. Your role will involve overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the project's timeline and schedule.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to prevent cost overruns and ensure fiscal efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to resolve issues promptly.
• Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
• Manage the site staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project goals.
• Develop daily or weekly progress reports and project documentation for senior management.
• Coordinate logistics of materials and equipment to avoid project delays.
• Conduct pre-construction and on-site meetings to align understandings and set expectations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for any site-related inquiries and escalations.
• Implement solutions to improve project deliverables, timeframes, and cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site supervision or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse site personnel effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges on site.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite for reporting and planning.
• Strong communication skills to manage client and team interactions professionally.
