Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive civil engineering designs for diverse infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct detailed site evaluations to assess potential challenges and project requirements.
• Create accurate project documentation including design specifications and cost estimates.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools to draft and review engineering plans and blueprints.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality control.
• Analyze complex data and make technical recommendations based on findings and insights.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Continuously update project documentation and report status to senior management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of three years' professional experience in civil design engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and environmental regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively and convey technical details to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant industry certifications and the ability to obtain licensure if required.
