Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer support software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Good organizational skills with the capability to multitask effectively.
