  • Provide step-by-step solutions and guide customers through troubleshooting processes.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams for expert intervention.
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation as needed.
  • Identify and report patterns in customer issues to improve service processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to enhancing customer support strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Deliver a personalized and customer-centric support experience consistently.
  • Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using chat and customer service software effectively.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or service-related role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in providing solutions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
