As a Business Support - Client Reporting specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing the flow of critical information between our organization and our clients. This role is integral in ensuring that clients receive timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports that help them make informed financial and strategic decisions. You will work closely with various internal teams, including finance, operations, and account management, to gather and synthesize data into compelling reports. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying trends and insights from the data. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reporting process, leveraging the latest technological tools and methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, as this role requires regular interaction with clients to understand their reporting needs and provide exceptional service.


Responsibilities

  • Generate and deliver comprehensive client reports within specified deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather data necessary for client reporting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights for client reports.
  • Ensure all client reports comply with internal policies and client specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client reporting activities and interactions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries related to report content and discrepancies.
  • Use the latest software tools to streamline the client reporting process effectively.
  • Improve reporting processes by integrating new technologies and methodologies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in client reporting best practices.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients to understand their reporting needs.
  • Ensure all data used for reporting is accurate, valid, and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to resolve any technical issues impacting reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in business support or client reporting roles is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail are critical.
  • Proficiency in data management software and reporting tools is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is important.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is highly beneficial.
