The Business Support - Client Reporting role is pivotal in ensuring streamlined communication and data accuracy between the company and its clients. This position involves generating, analyzing, and delivering client reports, which are critical for maintaining transparency and trust. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to gather data, interpret client needs, and ensure that the reporting output is not only accurate but delivered in a timely manner. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate client reports in accordance with established timelines.
  • Liaise with multiple departments to gather relevant data and insights for reports.
  • Analyze and interpret data to ensure reports are meaningful and beneficial to clients.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of reporting standards and processes.
  • Ensure all client reports comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Identify trends or discrepancies in data and suggest actionable insights for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to clarify report details and receive feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate new data sources into reporting systems.
  • Train and support team members in the use of reporting tools and best practices.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support as required by clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss reporting outcomes and gather customization requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field required.
  • Experience in client reporting, business analysis, or a similar role is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
