Job Description

As a Business Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of daily business functions. You will be an integral part of the support team, responsible for assisting various departments to optimize performance and achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of daily business operations and tasks.
  • Maintain and update records and information systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate communication between department managers to streamline operations.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Assist with budget preparation, monitoring expenditures, and variance analysis.
  • Support the management team in calendar coordination and meeting organization.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines and compliance are met.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Coordinate with IT support for troubleshooting of technical issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement procedures for improving internal processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients, providing assistance as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
