Job Description

The Business Support Associate 09N25 is a crucial position within an organization, responsible for providing comprehensive support to various business functions. Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation and logistics for meetings, including scheduling and materials preparation.
  • Coordinate projects by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Manage and monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Develop and update project matrices, plans, and documentation to track progress.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence and respond to inquiries as needed.
  • Support management with various ad-hoc tasks and administrative requests.
  • Organize events, including managing budgets and coordinating with various vendors.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication to support department goals and practices.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure that the office is running smoothly and all processes are being followed correctly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities are a must.
  • Experience in project management or event coordination is highly desirable.
