Job Description

The Business Support Associate provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring all logistics are effectively managed.
  • Handle incoming communications and redirect to relevant departments as necessary.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems both electronically and physically.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other critical documents.
  • Manage supplies inventory and order office materials as needed to ensure availability.
  • Support the execution of special projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Conduct research and data collection to support decision-making processes.
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items are completed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive in suggesting improvements.
