Job Description

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships, this individual will be a vital member of our corporate team. The Business Development Manager will work closely with executives and stakeholders to align strategies and meet organizational goals. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of junior professionals.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
