Responsibilities

  • Participate in industry events and conferences for networking and branding.

  • Ensure continuous improvement in the business development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
