Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance the organization’s reputation.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business trends.
  • Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed growth targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide clients with industry and financial advice during negotiations and discussions.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to guide ongoing strategies.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to network and promote company services.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and handle their inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain a detailed CRM database and update records of sales leads and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully with clients.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales software to track and optimize performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential clients or partners.
