Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential and existing clients to forge partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and goals.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor emerging market trends to position the company advantageously in the industry.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to foster opportunities.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage and update client information in the customer relationship management system.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on the progress of business development initiatives.
  • Participate in networking events to enhance company visibility and identify new prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or a similar role is needed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are highly essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth successfully.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus for this position.
