Business Analyst

A Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. They must possess a blend of technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities to effectively serve both business and technology areas within an organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies for requirement gathering.
• Ability to document complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
