  • Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure performance standards are met.

  • Support change management processes by providing training and documentation to users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and business process modeling.
  • Experience in documenting business and functional requirements for technical teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
