Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive insightful business decisions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and ensure solutions align with business goals. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to enhance business performance and efficiency through data-driven initiatives. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills, along with a passion for connecting technology solutions with business strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create comprehensive business requirement documents and technical specifications.
  • Work with project managers to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies for data accuracy.
  • Identify and recommend efficiencies and best practices across varied business processes.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture detailed business requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends to inform business strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT teams and other departments to ensure clear communication.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by management or project leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience as a business analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business process management and improvement practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets effectively.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and data analysis software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements effectively.
