Business Analyst 15J25

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for projects.
• Develop detailed business cases, project requirements documents, and user stories.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making processes.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business objectives and project requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with project teams and management throughout project lifecycle.
• Identify and assess potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies for projects underway.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing analysis findings and recommendations for improvements.
• Review and assess changing business conditions to adjust project priorities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into executable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail in analysis processes.
• Experience with process modeling tools and software to design business solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
