Job Description

As a Bank Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with our customers to communicate and promote our financial products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients, providing them with information about our bank's offerings, thereby building and maintaining positive customer relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving any customer inquiries or issues, ensuring our customers have a positive experience when interacting with our bank. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering customer satisfaction and achieving sales objectives, all while adhering to our bank's policies and regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote bank products.
  • Inform customers about new banking products and services available to them.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information on account services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience continually.
  • Aim to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.
  • Follow up on customer leads provided by the marketing department promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the database.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the relevant department for resolution.
  • Prepare regular reports on activities and progress towards goals.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve telecalling strategies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mentality.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or databases.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work effectively in a team setting.
