Automation Tester 13J25

As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests that enhance software quality assurance processes. Working closely with development teams, you'll create test cases to ensure effective and efficient software testing. Your role is critical in identifying and managing defects to improve products and add value to our technology offerings. You’ll participate in strategic planning and continual improvement exercises to ensure testing methodologies align with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of automation testing tools and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of software quality.

• Mentor junior testers in the team to enhance their automation testing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in automation testing or software QA roles.
• Proficient in testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar is a must.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript are needed.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins for seamless integration processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented personality capable of identifying even the smallest discrepancies.
