Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions that streamline business processes effectively.

• Implement test procedures to ensure functionality and reliability of automation systems.
• Monitor and maintain existing automation systems to ensure peak performance.
• Analyze performance data to identify continual improvement areas for automation.
• Document all automation processes, modifications, and upgrades in detail.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated systems promptly.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in automation technology.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts using appropriate programming languages.
• Manage and optimize system resources to improve efficiency of automation tools.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source automation technology as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in an automation or related role.
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with automation tools and platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions proactively.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL querying is a plus.
• Certification in relevant automation platforms or methodologies is advantageous.
